What we do with your information
Last updated August 17, 2026.
When you order
We ask for your name and phone number so we can find you when you pull up, and what you are driving if you chose curbside. That goes to Square, the register the shop already runs on, and it prints on the ticket the barista reads. Your card details never touch this website: Square's own payment form takes them directly.
When you sign in
Signing in is optional. You never need an account to order. If you do sign in, Google tells us your email address and your first name, and nothing else. We save those on your customer record in Square so your punch card can be counted from your own order history. We cannot see your Google password, your contacts or anything else in your Google account.
What is stored on your phone
Your cart and your language choice are kept in your own browser so they survive a refresh. If you sign in, one cookie remembers that it is you. There are no advertising cookies and no analytics on this site at all: nobody is following you from page to page, and nothing here is shared with an ad network.
Who else sees it
Square, because it is the shop's register and it holds the orders and payments. Google, only if you chose to sign in with it. A text message goes to the shop's own phone when an order comes in, so the barista knows to start it. That is the whole list. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone else.
Getting it deleted
Call or text the shop at (509) 932-1952 and ask, and Karla will delete your customer record and your punch card. You can also sign out at any time on the punch card page, which removes the cookie from your phone. Orders that have already been rung up stay in Square's records the way any receipt does.
Children
This is a coffee shop website. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly keep information from anyone under 13.
